Sorry I know this is super short but don't sorry there will be more to come soon. I've had the idea for this setting in a (very specific in my mind) cafe book store. I've been dreaming up its design since going to this place called the Pizza Library in Tauranga and I fell in the love with the old style theme and shelves of books you could just read. This might be a short story or it could end up having a few chapters. Will see how it goes.

Prologue

On the corner of Lincoln St, tucked away in a narrow alley, was a small cafe book store. It fit snugly between the back entrance of Coriander Authentic Indian and Oaken's Op Shop. It's rust colored brick work stood out against the more modern, chipped paint on concrete wall and the only sign of it being an actual business was the literal sign hung from just below the second story window. Aged wood with hand painted words in gold cursive "Arendelle Cafe and Book Store" and in smaller print underneath "Open Tues-Sat" "9am-4pm"

The owner of the small establishment was twenty three year old Anna Arendelle, who had fallen into ownership after her parents passing and though she was young to own her own business, she'd kept the store open, not having the heart to close the small cafe she'd grown up behind the counter of. And though business was at a constant snail's pace and her one co-worker was routinely out of shop, Anna did find herself with one regular. One she wasn't even ashamed to admit she rather liked the company of. In fact, she'd be lying to herself if she said she didn't look forward to those few several hours every Saturday afternoon.
