I stepped out of the car and looked at what would be my new home. It was a large, vintage style stone cottage with a small creek and a blooming garden. This is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. And I get to live here! Thought Iceberry excitedly, she heard her twin brother, Hazeltuft, softly snoring in the background. Iceberry, Hazeltuft, and their mother Sweetcloud were moving to Red Rock Shores because their mom recently got a job promotion and were moved. Iceberry hoped she could make some friends and maybe even have a boyfriend here. She'd always been a shy, quiet introvert; as for Hazeltuft, he was a bold, mischievous jock. They were complete opposites, yet they were the closet of siblings. Iceberry shook her brother awake, "Come on, Hazeltuft. We're here!" "I want to sleep," Hazeltuft muttered indignantly, "You can sleep after you unpack," "Fine." They opened the door and went upstairs to their rooms; Iceberry's room was bare with a windowsill and a small desk. Iceberry began to decorate her room with her stuff fairy lights, plenty of books, and her collection of stuffies. Her mom brought up her bed and they assembled it. Soon after, Iceberry collapsed in her bed and drifted off to sleep.

In the morning, Iceberry arose to the sound of chirping birds. She yawned, stretched, and did her morning routine; when she came down for breakfast Hazeltuft was already there, hastily eating his scrambled eggs. "So, what do you want to do, sis?" he asked in between bites,"Well, get good grades, make friends, all that kind of stuff." she said without emotion, "Come on, you know by what I meant." Hazeltuft said teasingly, "Do you want a boyfriend. I'm hoping for the right girl for me." "As if a girl would ever like you," Iceberry replied teasingly, "Excuse me?" he said with mock astonishment and hurt, "Fine, I do want a boyfriend, but at the same time I kinda don't." "Why not? You pretty much have no restrictions, Mom is okay with it as long as you maintain good grades and do well in school." he said surprised. "I just have my reasons." she said, feeling pain going to her chest. Hazeltuft must've seen her hurt because he said concerned, "You do what you want to do. Now, let's go to school."

Iceberry and Hazeltuft got out of the car to see the school. They'd came a tad bit early so they could see the campus and where their classes would be. Iceberry saw many students in groups talking, laughing, and some were even doing football. Iceberry gulped and felt Hazeltuft squeeze her hand, "Just be yourself." he whispered, "We'll be fine." I nodded and took a deep breath and walked toward my new school with Hazeltuft at my side.
