Tannard was the absolute definition of perfect. He had chestnut colored hair that was always hanging off the side of his head. That cool and clean smile drove girls nuts.
Girls like 17-year-old Leia Organa.
Sadly, other girls also had the hots for Tannard.
Girls like Leia's best friends, Shivangi and Salvenne.
Of course it felt like everyone on the whole planet of Alderaan was after Tannard. Leia loved her besties, but she felt as if they weren't right for her. She felt as if she couldn't be her true self without ruining her own reputation.
Lots of boys in the school tried to hit on Leia lots of times, especially at social events like school, dances or football games. Leia always resisted them for Tannard.
The issue was that Leia could implode and then explode right next to him in the classroom just for him to even glance at her. Hell, he probably didn't even know her name.
That little fact killed Leia along with the many times that Tannard winked at Shivangi or smiled at Salvenne. Whenever Leia tried to talk to Tannard, he would always try to wiggle out of the conversation, leaving Leia's heart shredded, but not in the same way as Kylo Ren. (ANYONE UNDERSTAND THAT FROM SNL?)
Leia was certainly a pretty girl. She felt a connection to Tannard because, unlike the other boys, he didn't constantly throw himself at Leia.
Now, Amilyn Holdo was a different story. She was an outcast, a distant loner who was supposedly street-smart, hung out with bad boys, and a huge lesbian...
