"Sasuke and Sakura live in a mansion," Ino calls from the bathroom and Kiba looks up from his mission report to peer at her through the open door.

"Hmm," he says turning back to his report.

"A huge mansion." He turns to look at her again as she fixes her hair and raises an eyebrow at the pointed look she gives him in the mirror.

"Good for them." She nods, stepping into the living room and looking around.

"Their bedroom is bigger than our entire apartment." His eyebrow rises again.

"Why the hell would anyone need a bedroom that big?" He asks. Ino frowns at him and puts her hands on her hips before continuing.

"And Sakura has a humongous bathroom with a giant bathtub. And not to mention the great big dressing room." Kiba rolls his eyes.

"Good for Sakura." Ino nods again and places a hand against the wall.

"I can't even remember how many rooms they have. Last time I went to their house I got lost, it was so massive," she says wistfully.

"Maybe they should give people a map when they arrive," he mutters distractedly, trying in vain to focus on his report.

"Sasuke bought the place as a wedding present for Sakura." Kiba can easily pick out the undertone in her voice.

"Wasn't that nice of him."

"Would you buy me a big house if we got married?" Kiba sighs and gives up on his report before turning to face Ino.

"So you could get lost in it instead of getting lost at Sakura's?" Ino scowls and folds her arms tightly.

"My God, you're so unromantic!" Kiba rolls his eyes.

"Why? Because I don't want to waste all my money on a big house we really don't need?" Ino walks over to the couch and leans forward, her face only inches from his.

"Well, if that isn't romantic, then what is, mister expert?" He shrugs.

"I don't know. Why don't you ask Sasuke?" She pulls back, eyes narrowed.

"What? Why would I do that?" He grins and shrugs again before leaning back on the sofa.

"Well you seem to think he's the best thing since sliced bread." Ino marches up behind him and yanks on his hair.

"I do not!" He frowns and rubs the back of his head.

"Sasuke got a cleaning lady, Sasuke bought a giant mansion, Sasuke is so dreamy..." he says in a terrible imitation of Ino's voice.

"I have never said he's dreamy!" She snaps, perching on the arm of the sofa.

"You used to," he says, scooting closer to her.

"Yeah, when I was thirteen!" She replies, looking anywhere but at him.

"You had really bad taste," he tells her seriously before pulling her into his lap.

"Thanks. And clearly, it hasn't improved," Ino says acidly looking right into his eyes.

"Now I really want to buy you a big house," he says, nodding.

"Ha ha," Ino says as she attempts to get up. Kiba tightens his hold on her.

"No really. You could get lost and I'd never have to hear you whine." She turns around in his arms to glare at him.

"You're an ass," she states, pinching him until he lets go.

"I love you too," he calls out to her as she enters the bedroom and slams the door.

"Stupid, conceited, jerkass..." He grins as he hears her muttering from the other room.

"Right back at ya, sweetheart!" Kiba shouts out. He hears Ino's aggravated shriek.

"See! This is why we need a bigger house!" Ino yells and Kiba bursts out in laughter.
