Pouring the bag out, he expected to find some food and matches he'd had stored away amidst the other general crap he carried around out of either laziness or nostalgia. Instead, the bag ejected only magazines. The pages fluttered to the ground as both Natsu and Happy were stunned in silence.

This.

Was.

Wrong.

The printed pictures splayed in front of him and his tiny exceed friend bore only scantily clad models and Natsu could feel his brain shift from confused to dazed in 0.4 seconds. His bag must've gotten switched up with Gildarts'. He could feel a blush rounding out on his cheeks as he continued to hold the bag upside down.

A spot of yellow gold caught his eye as he was wont to do.

Oh no.

There it was, a blonde and busty mage leaning towards the camera. He couldn't see the eyes yet because of how the pages had fallen, but he hoped it wasn't who he thought it was. His blush intensified at the mere thought; Happy was still out of commission, hungry and stunned.

Of course, a small gust of wind blew the pages around and the blonde was revealed. It was her.

Lucy, in some fancy underwear, pouting seductively at the camera. Her whiskey colored eyes were half-lidded and Natsu could feel the blood rushing to his face… and elsewhere. He'd never seen Lucy look like that before.

There was a rumbling behind him and shook him out of his reverie just before he was punched in the face by the very man who owned a copy of this magazine that exposed his partner. Quickly feeling rage, both at being punched for a simple misunderstanding and at his partner being on the cover of this pervy mage's magazine, he engaged the man in fisticuffs.

After beating the snot out of each other without magic, Happy flew over a picture of Cana and Gildartz started crying again, crushing the exceed into a hug. Muttering to himself about senile old perverts, Natsu shoved all the magazines back in the bag, save the one with Lucy on the cover. While his 'son' was still trying to calm the crash magic mage down, he took the opportunity to stuff the magazine into his own, returned bag.

As the group prepared to split up again, Gildarts asked why Natsu had a pink dumbbell in his bag that was only eight pounds. Natsu felt the return of the flush before waving the question off and turning to walk away. He could hear Happy rolling his tongue in one of his favorite phrases, but pretended he hadn't.

A/N: Quick scene I thought might be missing from The Lone Journey II... also done 'silently'. :3
