Chapter 1 :
It all started on September 4th, 2013. Kevin and I were texting just like any other day, but one thing that you have to know is I've had a crush on him since 6th grade… but I lost feeling for him once he had a girlfriend… EVERYTHING CHANGED.

By 7th grade, we started talking…again. We would hang out with the same people from 6th grade.. well, some. As mentioned before, Sept. 4th was when it all started… it was 1 hour after school had finished. I was texting him just like any other day, until he texted me…

"umm, hey…can I ask you something?"

"sure, go ahead. (: " I texted back.

"do you want to be my…girlfriend?" he asked.

"…are you joking? o.O " I answered.

"no." he texted back.

I sat there on my bed, wondering and telling myself "this is a joke", "it's just a dream", "he's probably playing a prank on me", "his girlfriend is probably there, what should I do?"

"hey, are you there?" he texted.

"yeah, sorry… what was the question again, I think my glasses are failing on me." I answered.

" do you want to be my girlfriend?" he asked.

I knew that this wasn't a joke, or dream, not even a prank.

"What about your girlfriend?" I asked.

" That was a misunderstanding, she was never my girlfriend."

" But I was told that you asked her out and kissed her right then and there during P.E.!"

"No, I was inviting her to my cousins party since they've known each other for a long time, she just thought that I was asking her out. Look, I've liked you since 6th grade, I was too shy and I thought that if I told you…you wouldn't feel the same way. We're in 7th grade now, and I'm willing to ask you out and to be my girlfriend. It's okay if you say no, at least you know how I feel about you."

I felt my heart race, the feeling from before were coming back… I sat there, quietly.

"hey, can I text you through FB, better?" I texted him.

"oh, umm..sure. (: " He answered.

"I don't know what to do." I told myself. "Why, am I getting butterflies?"… "Why is my face heating up?"

"Hey, I'm back. So what's up?" I asked him.

"I'm just waiting, for your answer." He said.

"YES!" I answered "I've liked you since 6th grade too! I really, really like you"

And that was day everything flipped.
