Rook wandered around the HQ looking for Ben, they had a plumbers meeting in 30 minutes. Personally Rook was getting very worried. He could not find Ben any where! He looked at the arcade, called his home, and searched most of HQ. The only place left to look was Ben's room at HQ that he never used. It was there mainly when they were on a long mission and needed some rest. Instinctively, Rook hurried to his room to see if his partner was there for some odd reason.

Once there, the lavender skinned alien threw the door open, he was both relieved and shocked at the sight before him. He was relieved because he had found his missing partner, and shocked that he was wearing...female clothes. Pretty nice ones at that. He wore a long green dress that touched his ankles. The nice looking dress had spaghetti straps and hugged his chest perfectly. Upon further inspection he found that there was also a split on the side that led all the way up to his upper thigh (not to mention the dangling gold earrings). Rook almost drooled at the sight of the worlds greatest hero . From the first day he met Ben he thought he would make the perfect mate, beautiful forest green eyes, unique personality, and above all else, Rook loved Ben smile, it always cheers him up, no matter what the situation.

Ben's head quickly snapped from the full body mirror he was looking into, to Rook. Face filled with panic.

"This-this is n-not what it looks like!" Ben yelled, pulling Rook into the room and slamming the door so no one would look in. Rook calmed his mind enough to make a coherent sentence.

"So, your not wearing woman's clothing?" he asked, mentally face palming. Ben was now on the brink of tears, looking straight at the wall, not wanting to see what disgusted expression he assumed would be on Rooks face.

"Pl-please don't hate me." Ben whispered, "Please don't say you never want to see me again." Ben was now sobbing, the sight of which broke Rooks heart. He had to say something.

"Ben, why would I say any thing like that?" he questioned, "It would be inhumane to do something like that just because of ones avocation." He stated point blank. Ben looked up at his lavender partner with watery eyes.

"So you don't think I'm weird or disgusting?" Ben said with a tiny smile on his face. Rook grinned, and hugged the hero tightly.

"No, in fact I think you look quite fetching." He whispered into Ben's ear. Ben beamed.

"Really?"

"Really, and no matter what you do or say I will always stay by your side" Rook said warmly as he held the shorter boy to his chest, and as much as he hated to break this moment, they still had a meeting in 25 minutes.

"But as nice as you look in that, I might suggest you take it off soon to go to the plumbers meeting in a few minutes." He commented, letting go of Ben, who nodded.

Just as Rook was leaving, he heard Ben again, "Please don't tell any one." he pleaded in a small voice.

"I wouldn't dream of doing something like that, gossiping is against my morals." He smiled and left the room.
