The Doctor disappeared shortly after the cat snuck onto the TARDIS. No one was quite sure just how the cat had snuck onto the TARDIS, but what followed was a hunt for a silent creature that was an expert at hiding.
And a cat.
It was only when Rory and Amy decided to split up that he found the Doctor, sitting with his back to him in a swivel chair. He took a step towards him, and the Doctor swivelled around, with a cat in his lap and a smirk on his face.
