The sneezing twins!
"Sorry we're late!" chorused Hikaru and Kaoru as they came through the door.
"Ah, you guy's made it!" said Haruhi as she turned around.
"We couldn't possibly miss chatting with these lovely ladies," said Hikaru, taking a young girls hand.
"Uh...um...oh, I can't take it!" squealed the girl, blushing.
The twins went to sit down at their table, two girls already there.
About halfway through the Host Club, Kaoru's nose started to tickle. Hikaru too started to twitch his nose. The two girls noticed.
"Are you ok?" one asked.
Suddenly a loud "HAACHOO!" came from Hikaru, making the girls jump.
Kaoru didn't say anything.
"Kaoru?" said the the other girl.
"Heh...heh....I'm f-fine....hah....HAH....HAACHOO!" sneezed Kaoru.
They kept on sneezing for about a minute, when Haruhi decided to take them both outside. She noticed that Hikaru's sneezes were quick and loud, and Kaoru's tended to build up until he couldn't hold it in and let out a loud "HAACHOO!" like his brother.
Once they were outside the music room, the twins gave a their last sneezes, a small coughing fit, and finally a few sniffs.
"Ok, so what happened?" said Haruhi, looking at the twins.
"Well, my nose started to tickle a bit, but I thought it wasn't going to do anything. But then it got worse and I suddenly just had to sneeze," explained Hikaru.
"My nose started tickling as soon as I walked through the door, but I just ignored it. Then slowly it started to feel like I had just had a dusty feather brushed my nose again and again until I couldn't hold it in and let myself sneeze." sniffled Kaoru.
"Are you sure you're not sick?" inquired Haruhi, knowing the sort of tricks they pulled.
"Not at all," they said together.
"Hmm.... I'll think about this. Anyway, lets head back in." said Haruhi, opening the door.
As soon as the twins walked in, Kaoru spoke up.
"Ha-Haruhi, my nose, it's.....hah....hah....HAH....HACHOO!" Kaoru gave a loud sneeze that made everyone in the third music room turn around and stare.
"Kao-chan, are you ok?" piped up Hunny.
"You guy's aren't playing around again, are you?" questioned Tamaki.
"N-no, I sw-swear...hah, HAACHOO!" Kaoru sneezed again.
"HAACHOO!" this one came from Hikaru.
"Ladies, please allow me to excuse you from today's Host Club session," said Tamaki above the twins sneezing.
Once everyone had gone, Kyoya sat the twins down and began to question them.
"So, when did all this start happening?" asked Kyoya, scribbling down something in his notebook.
"Well, our noses started tickling when we came in here, then we started sneezing," said Hikaru, followed by a loud sneeze.
"I see. And did you stop sneezing at some point?"
"Yes, when Haruhi took us outside," said Kaoru.
"Ok. Can I ask you to go outside while I think for a minute?" said Kyoya. So the twins, along with Haruhi, Tamaki, Mori and Hunny, stood outside the third music room, where Hikaru and Kaoru began to stop sneezing.
A little while later, Kyoya came out holding a vase of flowers.
"These are the new sort of flowers we are trying out for a week, starting from today," began Kyoya, "and if everyone liked them, including our customers, we would stick with these through the summer term. They are lillies. Now, I want you both to take a big sniff and see what happens." he held the vase in front of him and the twins leaned over took a deep sniff, and stepped back again.
Kaoru was the first to take the effect.
"Heh....heh......i-it's c-coming.........hah.....HAH....HAACHOO!"
Next was Hikaru.
"HACHOO!" came a loud sneeze.
"Well, I'll get started on selling the lillies," said Kyoya, sighing.
"Hey, wanna come over to my house?" asked Haruhi.
"Sure!" said everyone, and they walked off leaving the twins sneezing in the hallway.
