Ayato didn't think that the cat that Yui brought with her into the limousine after school was cute at all. In fact he openly expressed his opinion that it was stupid and not cute, Latio disagreed with him, Ayato felt that Latio was also stupid and not cute.
Apparently Yui had found it abandoned in the school and had decided to bring it with her, but when Reiji told her to get rid of it (a sentiment Ayato wholeheartedly agreed with) Shu had gotten a strange look in his eyes and told her she could keep it (probably because it was lazy like him).
So there they were on their way home with Yui, much Ayato's irritation, paying more attention to the cat then him. Ayato didn't have a clue why she would rather pet the cat than focus on him, he was far more appealing and adorable (not to mention handsome) than it in every way.
He was sure it was evil. It kept giving him long creepy stares that put him on edge more than he liked to admit. It would hiss and try to scratch him whenever he tried to touch it too (which would make Latio laugh and Kanato mock him, some brothers he had). Honestly it should feel honored that yours truly wanted anything to do with it!
Ayato decided (pouting) that he didn't like cats.
