A/N: uhm…
This is a poem dedicated to Yuuhi Kurenai, by Hinata…
Uh…
I really don't know why I uploaded this silly poem…
Maybe, I little screw got loose in my head…
It was actually a poem for my effective teacher, a requirement I need to pass in Teaching Strat…
I hope you don't flame me and you'll still review even though I know it sucks a lot!
And please, don't imagine throwing rotten tomatoes at me…
I'm already red due to embarrassment!
As far as I'm concerned, I don't own Naruto…but I wish I do…I'm so proud and I keep on bragging that Naruto was "born" on the same day as me! XD
EVERYTHING TO ME
My day starts so beautifully
Knowing that you're one of the persons I'll see,
Our meetings are short-lived, I know;
But I do cherish them so.
Every morning, I always remember the times we laughed so hard,
It gave me joy and filled my spirit.
You show so much interest in what you do,
That's so true and that's what I love about you.
Setting goals for us to learn is one of your concerns,
Fulfilling them is what you want to earn.
You value fairness in your group
You want order and cooperation from your group.
Vast knowledge you have for us,
That is why we learn techniques (1) so fast.
You're warm, and friendly, and understanding,
Just like a mother who's loving and caring.
Missions are too few for us is in store –
But still we never get bored.
Tales from your past are being told, (2)
Emphasizing points with the value of gold.
Like a sister who helps her sibling
To learn and grasp and create new things;
As well as to be creative… (3)
And also to be imaginative. (4)
If strife would strike,
A friend I like
Is to be my light
To help me face all my plights. (5)
But sadly, the end of our meeting is near
We both know we'd part ways here.
Nonetheless, we're worry-free
Because you taught us something special, especially to me.
Now, once again, our meeting has ended,
And once again you dressed my soul.
But before we part ways, I want to say arigato,
My lovely sensei Kurenai Yuuhi…dattebayo! (6)

A/N: 1) As far as I know, techniques are usually learned by pupils by their own accord… but let's just pretend that it happens my way…
2) I haven't watched all episodes of Naruto so I really don't know if Kurenai ever told something to Hinata's group about her past…
3) and 4) please don't mind those phrases…I just placed them there because it was a part of the original piece and I'm too lazy to think of something that would somehow suit Kurenai… plus, I don't have much time…
5) err…I know that Hinata's inspiration is Naruto…but once again, let's pretend…
6) I just borrowed that phrase from Naruto…just so it would somehow rhyme with arigato…
But please don't ask me what dattebayo means… coz I really don't know what it means…if you do know, kindly tell…
Please review…
(Imagine me bowing down to you just so you'd review this thing…)
Thanks!
