She read the sign and laughed to herself. It said: 2 Knuts, 1 Kiss. Who in their right mind would want to kiss him, Hermione Granger thought to herself. The stupid blonde Slytherin stood at the small booth with his signature smirk on his face. A line of eager girls stood giggling in front of it.
"Is he serious?" she scoffed.
"I think so. I mean I think he's going to give the money to the school," Ginny replied.
"I don't believe that. Unless he's just using this as an excuse to kiss girls."
"Of course it is. It's Draco Malfoy we're talking bout."
"I wanna wipe that stupid smirk off his face."
"Me too. Do you think I could donate to his cause?"
"Ginny! Aren't you dating Blaise?"
"Yeah, but I'm just donating money. And Blaise won't mind."
"How do you know?"
"I'm dating him." Then she walked to the end of the now short line. Hermione groaned, but followed her redheaded best friend anyway. They finally got to the front of the line. Ginny slammed down two knuts on the flimsy booth, and it shook a little. Draco lifted a delicate brow. Ginny just smirked.
"I would kiss you, but then Blaise would kill me," he stated.
"I know. I'm just donating to your cause."
"What about you, Granger?"
"Here to see what would happen."
"Oh really? Don't you want to donate to my cause? Or are you to much of a stick in the mud to do something like that?" He smirked, irking Hermione. She hated when he did that.
"Why would I do that? You have enough money to be able to buy Hogwarts with an extra amount for an ice cream. It would be a waste of money that's for sure." She turned around.
"I think you're just scared that you might enjoy it." That was it. She turned around, grabbed the front of his shirt, and crashed her lips to his. She hated to admit it, but he was an amazing kisser. A couple seconds later she pulled away.
"Who's scared now?" She smirked. And for the first time ever, she had left Draco Malfoy speechless. She winked a chocolate brown eye at him, turned back around and walked away.
A couple of seconds later he yelled, "You forgot to pay!" A second later two knuts appeared along with a note. He unfolded the piece of parchment. It said:
Meet me in the Room of Requirement in ten minutes. Yet again he was speechless. Granger was the only person who could do this to him. And he loved it.
