Well third story that I'm making and it will an on-going story like my first one: The slow descent. I don't really planned when it will end but i can assure you that the journey will go from region to region, the first region is Hoenn if your wondering. Enjoy the beginning of the story.

Six years already passed...when my father died from an accident that occurred from forest. He died while protecting and evacuating the pokemon, they say he was crushed from a tree that fell on top of him fatally wounding him on the neck.

I still remember when i went to his tombstone on Mt. Pyre when i was ten years old, that day was the day i cried the most and the day i found my undeniable friend and partner that would join me on my journey, it was like everything happened yesterday.

Six years ago

"I'm sorry Jack...Your father...he did what he could with his partners to protect the pokemon but..."Said my mother that was crying while hugging me, i was sobbing but held my head high because he did what he thought was right. Who was i to judge my own father that sacrificed his life for another, I admired him for that.

"Well if it isn't the demon itself Jack Kim, here to see your father off?" Said the girl with her parents only to be yelled at. How i hated the popular girls from school thinking that they are so high but are nothing without putting someone in front of them.

"Say your sorry to Jack Lilly!" Said her mother, i always liked her, she and my mother were always the greatest friends. On contrary of her husband that despised me because of my curse. Just because i was different didn't meant that i was less human than him.

"Well he is a demon! Just like everyone else calls him!" Barked Lilly back to her mother, only to be yelled at again. It's true everyone called me a demon because my sclera was black, i never asked for this curse but it does have its uses though.

Apparently thanks to it i can use my inner aura freely, most people need to train themselves for years to be able to even make a very small aura ball. But i could do a fully grow aura ball, even make a certain part of my body be infused with aura. This makes me faster, stronger and tougher than a normal human but there's a catch. If i use too much aura for more than a minute ill experience the after effects.

My muscles tire themselves much faster after a minute and if i continue with the aura i start to get slight wounds even heavy ones if i continue for longer duration. Like i said before i get stronger and tougher but my body will feel the amount of pain and fatigue like a normal human would feel if he tried to punch a tree or destroy a rock with their feet or fists.

"Lilly! Say sorry to him now! He never said anything mean to you so why are you doing it now?" Asked Lilly's mom, she didn't responded her but she did apologized to me. At least that's something, most kids would either not apologize or just left with an angry expression.

But it is true that Lilly wasn't always mean to me, she was actually at one point my friend on school. I had another friend there, a kid that didn't spoke much but i appreciated his company, he needed to move to another place and said he would come back when he was older.

Anyways Lilly at one point decided to join the popular kids, every time she came towards me i would give her the cold shoulder because if the other kids saw her talking with me her reputation would be destroyed. I couldn't let her being mocked and be bullied again for my cause so... i did what i thought was right, she wasn't bullied or mocked again but at the expense of losing her friendship.

"..." I didn't respond back because if i would let myself even thank her apology she would be mistreated all over again, that i needed to avoid at all cost so i left the cemetery after i told my mother. She agreed but said not to wander too far, well i did wander a bit forward at the dock near a safari zone that they were constructing. They were almost finished by the looks of it.

You may be wondering why i am so mature and sound intellect even if i am only ten years old, well because you need to be once you know the reason why people say your a demon. Since after the events of the school i was somewhat secluded at home, the only thing to take my mind off was my books. Thanks to them i knew a lot of things, the regions, the locations and the different types of pokemon.

I decided to wander a little bit further near Lilycove city but still at eyes reach for my mother, i hear some rustling from the grass ahead. Out of curiosity i approached it a little bit until the one that was making the noise was an absol, female to be specific.

"An Absol so far away from its natural habitat?" I said to myself with some caution to myself, this was a wild pokemon after all, one small mistake would be my last since my mother or anyone was with me. I still have my aura but I'm still getting used to it and if i use it too much i would hurt myself.

"Ab...absol..." Said the pokemon weakly, after closer inspection she looked beaten up, had wounds around her and was trembling with fear. She was terrified of me and she looked too weak to escape or hurt me. I went slowly towards her, she closed her eyes with tears flowing on her face expecting that i was going to hurt her.

How could i hurt a pokemon wounded, no the better question is WHO would hurt a pokemon? Did they do it because she was classified as the disaster pokemon? Something seems wrong here unless... She hatched a little while ago and was assaulted by the people. That would explain why she was crying, the wounds and even that it she looked kind of weak. Once i was dangerously near her i just... started to pet her, she and i were kinda similar. Both of us were like demons to people, both of use had a somewhat painful story with people.

"Ab...sol?" She opened her crying eyes and looked at me, i was giving her a warm smile while gently petting her.

"Don't worry i won't hurt you, i promise." I comforted the scared and confused pokemon, i sat down while still petting her. The wild pokemon took my word after a little while and rested her head on my lap. "You had a terrible experience didn't you? I can tell by your wounds."

"Ab..." She said weakly while nodding, poor thing i need to take her to the pokemon center before she might catch an infection with her wounds.

"Kyah! Jack get away from that wild pokemon! Its going to kill you!" Yelled Lilly a few feet away with a scared expression, the Absol was terrified of her and tears were getting back on her eyes.

"I'm not going anywhere... This pokemon needs help so I'm taking her to the pokemon center at Lilycove city, tell my mother that i went there." I said while signalling Absol that i wanted to stand, with a swift reflex from my part i was now carrying the wounded Absol on my arms.

"Are you nuts!? For once just listen to me and come back to your mother with me!" She yelled again, i stopped on my marks and looked towards her with Absol.

"If i would to abandon this Absol my father would be disappointed at me, he raised me better than that." I said while resuming my way towards the center. I could hear her yell again but i ignored and kept going, the center was close by anyways but avoiding the other wild pokemon was kind of a challenge. "Don't worry ill help you even if things get ugly." I said that to the Absol which for the first time i saw her smile since i met her.

On the way i could see a few people and pokemon seeing me carrying the wounded Absol with care, they were more concentrated on the pokemon than on my eyes. For once i wasn't being called a demon or any other names thanks to her, but at the moment i didn't care, all i could think was getting her patched up and to take care of her.

A couple feet away i was starting to see buildings, the city was near and i was able to see the red roof of the pokemon center but a wild pokemon seemed to be highly agitated, a Manectric seems like a male one, he looked at us and was charging towards us. I instinctively directed my aura towards my legs making a blue glow on them and i jumped over the pokemon a few feet, he looked surprised so did Absol.

"You won't hurt her! Whatever you are mad at please don't hurt her!" I yelled at the manectric that seemed a little bit calmer now but still had some anger visible on its face, he went away probably to let its anger be directed somewhere else.

I was walking through a stone floor now, seems like i made through the city without a scratch, my mother could at the very least relax when she sees me. I walked through the doors of the pokemon center, it wasn't my first time here because on Oldale town i would help the nurse from time to time with my father.

I could see some stares from people and pokemon towards me, they didn't bothered me because i was already used to it back at home. I approached the nurse with the Absol on my arms, at first she was a little afraid of me because of my eyes but once she saw the Absol wounded worry took over her.

"Nurse Joy could you take care of this Absol? I think it hatched a little while ago and she was probably beaten up by people, i found her close to the dock to Mt. Pyre." I asked her and informed what happened to her.

"Okay put her on the bed that Chansey brought, we'll make sure that she is healed up in a bit." She responded with the same expression, i complied but Absol bit my clothes almost like saying don't go.

"Don't worry Absol Ill wait for you over there, nurse Joy is here only to help you." I said with a warm smile, nurse Joy saw my smile and accepted the fact that i was only here to help.

"Can i ask you something? Why were you near the dock?" She asked while Chansey took Absol away towards the healing room, she still had a worried expression but i promised her and i don't break promises like my father.

"I was visiting my father... he passed away a few days ago." I said in a depression way, nurse Joy now knew why i was there and she told me her regards towards him. I then sat down on the waiting room waiting for the Absol, the same people were continuing to stare at me they are starting to annoy me.

Around thirty minutes passed and my mother appeared from the doors, she seemed relieved that i was fine since nothing too serious happened. I have to thank Lilly for passing the message to her later, her relief though turned to an angry one, i expected that so i was ready to get what punishment but then she just hugged me.

"I'm so glad your safe... I couldn't handle another loss Jack... I just couldn't." She said with some tears forming, i was sorry for leaving her but i just couldn't leave Absol.

"I'm sorry mother, but father would be mad at me if i didn't helped that pokemon. Plus she and i are alike, both of us suffered even if she was hatched not long ago she saw how the world can be cruel." I told her she gave me a smile signifying that she was proud of what i did.

"You did the right thing Jack, sorry if i exaggerated there." She said while cleaning her tears away, she stood up and looked at me. "Want to leave now? You already gave nurse Joy the Absol so you can leave right?"

"Sorry mother i can't. I promised Absol that i would wait for her and i don't break promises." I said while keeping myself on place, she smiled again and went to buy something for us to eat, since the funeral we didn't ate anything.

She returned with a berry sandwich, popular in Lilycove city with reason. This place is the only one that contests are held and they use the berries from around here for poke blocks if i remember, an individual couldn't make a specific poke block that he wanted and he was starving with his pokemon so he pulled out his bread that he saved and putted some berries in it to fill his stomach and his pokemon. After that he thought of an idea to make this as his business which gave him some profit in return.

Me and my mother were eating silently while people were still wary of me except nurse Joy that acknowledged my kind nature, it was somewhat silent with the occasional rumor about a black eyed child hurt a pokemon. Bastards don't even know the story and now are blaming me? Well they say that the world is a cruel one, ill take that as true if you have different eyes.

Twenty minutes passed and an Absol came through the doors while looking for someone, must be the Absol i carried so i stood up, mother was slightly confused for me standing. Once the Absol saw me i swear that that was the biggest smile i saw anyone or anything to give me, she rushed towards me and i walked a little bit before being tackled by her. She couldn't stop licking me with such a happy expression on her face.

"Okay okay i get it! Your happy to see me!" I chuckled letting her keeping licking me, my mother was chuckling too and the bad rumors stopped and were now modified about a black eyed child that saved an Absol. That was the first time anyone said anything good about me, it felt good for having a good things spread instead of a demon child.

"So Jack I'm guessing that this is the Absol that you helped?" My mother asked with a warm smile, this made Absol stop licking me and hide herself on me, guess she is the timid nature one.

"Yeah mom she is, she looked horrible before but now she's all good now." I said while petting her, this pleased the Absol as she had a pleasant expression on her feline face.

"Well what are you going to do with her? Return her back to the wild?" She asked with some worry behind her, the Absol looked at me with her ruby eyes. I haven't thought about it but i guess it would be best to return her back to the wild but i wasn't the one to decide, it was her.

"Let's ask her, she does have an opinion after all. Absol do you want to stay with me?" I asked only to be cuddled by her on my chest with a small smile on her face. "Guess i got my answer, she's staying with us mom." I told her and she agreed, my first pokemon partner, no. My first friend that i made. Once i got out my mom took out a pokeball that she had on her bag, apparently she bought it in case i would of wanted the Absol, she's a clever one. "Welcome to the family Absol." I said while capturing her and then setting her free from the pokeball.

"When will you start your journey that you wanted Jack?" She asked with curiosity, i told both my parents that i would go on a journey one day but since my father died i think i need to give my mother all the support she needs or depression will surely kick in. The last thing i want is to be alone in this world with both my parents gone.

"When I'm 16 Ill start it, right now i need time and so does her to adjust ourselves." I told her specifically when, that should be time enough to help ourselves go on the right path.

"Whatever you say Jack, but I'm glad you chose that age. At least we'll be able to spend quality time together." She gave me a warm smile in return to my answer.

Present time

Through these six years my bond with Absol grew, my mother is back to her cheerful self, I'm still giving Lilly the cold shoulder every time she's near me because the cool kids from back then decided to stay in Oldale town but odd enough every guy that wanted to be her boyfriend was reject, I trained my body to be able to use my aura better, although I'm only semi fit its good enough in the body build department it did its job as I'm able to use aura more freely than before. I also trained Absol too, she isn't that strong but on the journey she won't let me down.

I was able to have some sort of bond with the townspeople so i don't really get called names and finally tomorrow is the day. January 2nd the day and month that i was given birth or in short my birthday and the day where my journey begins.

Hows that for an introduction? Hope you liked the past of this OC of mine. Now i bet who is the other friend of his? Well i kinda want to ask you guys to make an OC for the kid. I never revealed anything about the guy not even gender only that he didn't talk much with Jack but was his friend.
