Dean's fun always came at a price.

Dean slipped and stumbled into the ratty motel room bloodied and broken. Immediately, Sam leaped to his aide, guiding him into the bathroom to follow their medical protocol.
"Sammy…" Dean moaned as he tried to stay vertical long enough to reach the sink.
"What happened to you?" Sam asked nervously.
"I- I- I…" The older Winchester stuttered out.
With his brow furrowed, Sam began helping Dean shed layers to get to the main injury.
He finally got Dean down to just a tee shirt. He lifted up to see written in big red letters, "April Fool's Day!"
