First Sight

Sarah was practically asleep as Miss Umbridge was speaking. Sarah was Cho's best friend since first year. She had shoulder length ginger hair and blue eyes. Positively mad and was able to make me laugh when I was sad but since Cedric was gone she hasn't been able to.

"Miss Flood!" Umbridge barked "I would prefer you to be awake while I teach"

She flicked her wand and books flew onto everybody's table. It read "The Theory of Defence Against the Dark Arts" I flicked through it. It had nothing about using spells or creatures that could harm us. What the hell were we going to learn? I looked to Sarah; she was already looking at me with a "What the hell?" look on her face. She raised her arm, intending to cause trouble knowing her. I tried to persuade her to put it down but when her mind is set its set. I put my face in my head in my hands. I never liked attention but it always was attracted to her, like a bee after honey.

"Yes, Miss Flood?" Umbridge said in a sweet tone.

"How are going to learn how to use spells if there nothing about it in here?" Sarah asked.

"Why on earth would you need to use spells? There's nothing out there that wants to hurt children" She said walking around the class.

"Lord Voldemort is" Sarah piped up.

"That's it Miss Flood" She stamped her foot "My office after class"

The rest of the class flew without a word out of anyone. I walked back to the common room alone without Sarah. It was lonely. I don't know where I'd be without her.

"That Umbridge is a cow" I heard someone say. I looked around as she walked. No one. I reached the common room, after speed walking her way back. I went up to my dorm and put my new book on her bed and got changed. I tied her hair up with a red ribbon. I had gotten her hair cut a few weeks ago and now had a full fringe. I went back down to the common room and sat on front of the fire, thinking. Cedric, what if he was still here? We'd be out in the grounds looking up at the stars. I started to cry. Why did I do this to myself?

"Cho?" Sarah's voice screamed. Her arms were holding my in a tight hug. "Why are you crying?"

"C...C...Cedric" She sulked.

"Cho, sssh, Calm down" She soothed. I stopped crying but I was left with hiccups. I looked down at Sarah's arms that were wrapped around me. There was blood streaming from them. I released myself from her grasp and took her hands in mine.

"Sarah…hic…how?" I hiccupped.

"Umbridge used a blood quill" She explained "Very sore, Harry Potter was there too, for the same reason as me"

"Go and get cleaned up" I ordered

. "I'm…" She started.

"NOW!"

She went up to the dorm and a few minutes later she came back to tell me that she was going to bed. I sat staring at the fire.

"I always liked Sarah" The voice said again.

"Oh my god, Cho, stop talking to yourself" I said aloud to myself getting up off the ground.

"Your not talking to yourself" It said again. This time I turned around. Cedric. Standing. On. Front. Of. Me. How?

"I'm D-d-dreaming 'cause your…" She stopped. He was wearing the uniform he died in.

"Dead? Still am but I'm your love angle" Cedric told her sitting on the couch.

"Huh.." She stuttered.

"I will be with you until the way you feel about me leaves" He explained.

"Then you'll be waiting awhile" She smiled for the first time in ages.

NOTE

Even though Cho kissed Harry and dated many people even married the Muggle. Her heart always belonged to Cedric and so Cedric stayed with her until she died.
