Forbidden Love
My name is Massie Elizabeth Block and I'm 18 years old currently living in Westchester, New York and a senior at BOCD High. My life story is well like Romeo and Juliet in the present day…oh and without anybody dieing or anything like that. Now I'm sure your thinking how can her life be like that well let me tell you how it all began.
Well my grandfather Mark Block worked for Derrick's Harrington's grandfather Kenny Harrington as his assistant. Kenny promised my grandfather big money because he was investing in this business down in Florida. Well when he did invest in Florida he made billions! But he never gave my grandfather any of the money he made. Once grandfather found out he was pissed! Mark confronted Kenny and quit. 5 moths after that happened my grandfather opened up his own business which became a huge success. But this did not make the Harrington's very happy as you can tell. Which caused the feud between the Blocks and Harrington's even bigger! To make it even worse in the newspaper in the biggest businesses in the world column. The Block and Harrington businesses always tie for first.
When all this happened Derrick and my grandfather were only in there 20's. Yeah I know that's young but hey I wasn't even alive when this happened so what was I supposed to do? So anyway my grandfather later married Ella White and had 6 sons the eldest being my father. This made my family really happy because they had all boys to carry out the family name. Kenny Harrington later married Jane Mont and had 5 sons and one daughter the eldest son being Derricks father. They were also very happy having 5 sons to carry out the name.
But there was something that always worried the Blocks and the Harrington's which was if one of their children would each fall in love with a Block or Harrington. They worried about this since the Blocks had all boys and the Harrington's had one girl. But years passed and finally every one of their kids were married.
Now my dad William Block was the last one to marry and he married my mother Kendra Kiln. They only had one child which was me. Now Derrick's dad George Harrington married Lindsey Mont and had only one child Derrick but later Derrick's cousin Rebecca Harrington who was from France came to live with them.
So that's how it all began. Now it may seem like that stuff like this wouldn't matter to the kids because it's not like someone in there family fell in love with one of the their enemy's kids so then what's the big deal. The big deal is I'm in love with Derrick Harrington. Which in my family's eyes is worse then the world exploding.

Oh and by the way the reason I didn't write Derrick's point of view is because it would be pretty much exactly the same except that it would be coming from his side of the family. But if you want I could write his point of view or I could go on to when they first meet each other. Your choice.
