Can You Help Me?

I once started reading a story where the victims of Voldemort and his followers begin coming back to life and appearing in the grounds of Hogwarts. The time period is after or around the Nineteen Years Later. Harry is Head Auror and Ron is an Auror. I desperately want to find this story, please read inside to see what I remember from the plot. Hopefully someone can help me?

Okay, I started reading this story a very long time ago, then my computer crashed so I was without if for a while and I sort of weaned myself off fanfiction. However, I've recently rediscovered this love for it and I cannot get this story out of my head. I can't remember the title or author but does anyone know of any stories with this plot?

The victims of Voldemort and the Death Eaters begin coming back to life- appearing at Hogwarts.

The aurors are alerted- of which Harry is the Head and Ron is also an auror.

James Sirius Potter and Albus Severus Potter are attending the school, Lily is not.

Teddy recently proposed to Victoire.

Ginny is at home with Lily, desperate to hear if the rumour is true so she can have Fred back- Harry comes home and tells her it is.

Ginny goes to the Burrow to find Fred.

I also remember Harry talking to his mum and dad for the first time properly.

Students are being kept out of the way, and if I remember correctly are supposed to be in their Common Rooms, but James and Albus use the invisibility cloak to sneak to the Great Hall and meet their grandparents- and Sirius and Lupin- for the first time.

Please help me find this story. It is driving me mad and I REALLY want to know what happens! Please!
