Parents: (until she finds out she's adopted) tony Stark and pepper Potts
Background: goes her whole life thinking that tony and pepper are her parents until one day her powers show up and start going out of sorts. She starts wondering how its possible for her to have natural born powers when her "father" only has his powers because of the metsl plate (whatever it's called) in the center of his chest and her "mother" being normal. Tony then reveals to her that he's actually her godfather. And that her real parents are Thor and black widow. Years prior Thor And black widow had "hooked up" (couldn't think of a better way to put it XD) Thor had always wanted a child, however black widow was conflicted about the thought of having a child. After that night Thor had left but still kept in contact with her. black widow 2 months later found out she was pregnant and had stopped all forms of contact with Thor. Once she had xenthara black widow gave her to tony and asked them to act as her "parents" and keep her safe, knowing she probably couldn't because of xentharas powers she would eventually have being part god. After three years the guilt finally took it's toll on black widow and she had told him about his daughter. Once Thor found out he went searching for her, and has been all these years.
