Authors Notes: Hey! I'm back again! With yet another song fic! This one features "Girl In Your Dreams" written by Marion Raven from M2M. Okay, this is a Meilin fic. It is basically Meilin's POV on Syaoran and his relashionship with herself, and Sakura. And I have been working on my POV thing, hehe, and I think I got this down pretty good. :-) NOw, the song doesn't exactly fit with the story, well yeah it does, but you'll see what I mean when you read it. Girl In Your Dreams
I was walking down the street one day,
Then I saw you, I didn't know what to say,
Your eyes were shining,
Your smile was so kind,
When I saw you, I wanted you to be mine.
From moment I saw looked at you, that is when we were back to Hong Kong, I loved you so deeply. I truly thought you loved me too, because, you proposed to me. I didn't know they forced you to do it, I was only young, and was still very new to this feeling--love.
Maybe I don't have to blonde hair you like,
And maybe I don't have eyes like the sky,
And I'm not sure if I'm the girl in your dreams,
But I can show you what love means.
Sure you didn't like being around me, but I only learned that when we were in Japan. I never would have thought myself as a bother or any trouble at all. But them again, no one does, right?
One day you came and talked to me,
You said we are meant to be,
I was happy, everything was so nice,
But then I found out that everything was a lie.
The day you asked me to marry you, remember we were young, was probably the most wonderful day ever. But now, that we have come to Japan, here in this small town--Tomedeo. You started falling for the Cherry Blossom. So when I found out that our marrage was to be forced, I began feeling different. Somehow, I wasn't sure if I felt the same way as I once did. But in any case, it was wrong of you, you and everyone else: the elders, Auntie, everyone, knew it wasn't of your own will. You didn't tell me.

Now, that Kinomoto has stolen your heart, and I'll tell you, it isn't hard to figuer out. You can be so obvious sometimes, even as much as you try to hide your emotions; and your very good at it too.

So I am sorry. For ever getting in your way. And now, yes I still love you, I only want you to be happy. And even if you, Little Wolf, will be together forever with your 'Cherry Blossom', I will be happy. Or at least I'll try.
