Bluestreak sat silently as he watched his bond mates move around the room. It was getting more and more comfortable and normal for the sparklings to be around them in their everyday life, but part of Bluestreak still wanted another one... or two. But trying to convince Sideswipe that he wasn't going to carry the next one was going to be a challenge.
Turning to watch Sunstreaker pick up Uraya, he smiled. There was just something about the way that Sunstreaker acted around the sparklings that almost made his spark melt. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe didn't grow up the best, but that didn't mean that they didn't know how to be good genitors. That seemed to be one thing that they did best. They were there when the sparklings needed them as well as the genitors who were at the school every chance they got. They made sure that their sparklings would have everything that they didn't have, which wasn't a bad thing.
"Babe, you keep staring off. Is everything alright?" Sunstreaker asked as he moved to sit next to Bluestreak with one of their twin femmes in his arms.
"Of course," he responded. "I was just thinking about the sparklings."
"You want another one, don't you?" Sideswipe asked moving to sit on the other side of his bond.
"Maybe," Bluestreak said with a grin. "And if I did, I don't want to carry this one."
Sunstreaker shook his head. "I have already said it more than twice. I will not carry again."
Bluestreak and Sideswipe looked at eachother. Both knew that Sunstreaker wouldn't carry one so if they did want another, the two of them would have to work it out on who would carry. Sideswipe was convinced that it would be Bluestreak, but the talkative winger had other thoughts about it.
"Blue, you know how I feel about this already," Sideswipe started only to be interrupted by the winger.
"I do?" he asked trying to sound innocent and confused at the same time.
"I have told you many times before," Sideswipe said knowing that trick. "I am not going to carry."
"And what makes you think that I am going to carry this one?" Bluestreak responded.
"Well," Sideswipe started.
It would go on like this for a few orns before the two of them would finally just push the topic off for the night and go about their daily routine. Nothing would get settled and that would lead to this conversation coming up another day. But little did they know that there was a more important conversation that would need to be had that dealt with the same topic.
