The main character must stay the same
There must be at least Minato, Kakashi, Jiraya, Sasuke, and Kiba Bashing
The Jutsu, powers, etc. must stay the same
Naruko must have a fem Paring

You could gender bend the character
Change the sealing
Add siblings
You could choose in Naruto or crossover cannon
You could change the Parings
