Chapter one
Agent Hobbs looked around the cell that once held Deckard Shaw. He couldn't quite believe that the son of a bitch had escaped the most secure prison in the world. Hobbs was seething. He needed to find that tyrant before he could do more damage.
'' Elena! ''
'' Yes boss ''
'' I need you to call Torreto so he can help us find this son of a bitch and put him down permanently.
'' Yes boss ''
Dani held a fussy Aiden in her arms. The little boy had been fussy all day. He wasn't sick Dani knew that for sure. She just wished he could talk and tell her what's wrong. She gently rocked him in her arms. The little boy tucked his into her neck and immediately stopped fussing. She silently sighed and made her way out of the nursery and to the kitchen.
Before she could switch on the light she heard a sound coming from outside. She brushed it off as a stray animal but when she tried to switch on the light nothing happened, the light never came on. Dani held her little boy close to her chest. It was safe to say she was scared. Very very scared. She needed to get out of here fast. She tried to make her way up stairs but it was too late. The perpetrator was already in the house.
She needed to get upstairs. She could escape through a window but before she could finish the thought the perpetrator grabbed her by the waste and roughly pulled her to him. The impact startled Aiden and he started wailing loudly. The little boy was angry and he wanted to make sure the whole world knew that. Just like his father.
'' Like father like son ey ''
No.
It couldn't be.
She could recognise that voice anywhere. He had found her and he was going to kill her. She tried to struggle against the perpetrators hold but it was no use.
'' You know cara I don't like it when people run from me and you-
'' Deck please I'm sorry I-
'' Shut up! ''
His sudden outburst seemed to scare the little boy even more and his cries got even louder. Deckard watched as the woman tried to shush the baby and sighed. He turned her around so she was facing him before he took the baby from her and held him close to his chest. The baby tucked his head into his father's neck and the crying slowly ceased0. His angry eyes stared at the woman in front of him. He was angry. No he was livid, how dare she take his son from him. She was going to pay and he would make sure of it.
'' Let's go ''
'' No please don't do this I'm sorry please-
He shifted the baby and held him in one arm before he grabbed Dani and started to make his way to the door while dragging her behind him. His heart felt like it would burst through his chest. even after what she did to him he was still in love with her.
When they got to the car he opened the passenger side and roughly shoved her inside. He placed a quick kiss on his sons head and gently placed him in his mother's arms and closed the door. He walked to the driver's side and drove into the night.
