"You're free to go." I looked up at the FBI official standing in front of me. His emotionless face was locked now. Carter, my watcher turned to me and hugged me. "See you later." He smiled his chocolate brown orbs looking into my green ones. He gave me a quick kiss and grinned. I handed him a slip of paper with my adress on it. "Love you!" I said exiting the elevator and pushing the glass door. I smelt the crisp fall air for the first time in eight years. I was finally free of glitches. Going home. Going to live a close to normal life. As I opened the door to my powder blue bug, the kind of car, I thougt ov Davenport. I hadn't seen him in years. I wondered if he missed his daughter. The car roared to life and I weaved my way through town. Finally my eyes rested on Applegate Ave. My stomach turned as I pulled into the driveway. What would he think? Well, I'd know soon. I was hoping Davenport would be proud.
