Chapter 1

Shadow, Hedgehogs Apartment

Green city ;6:00A.M

Sunlight poured into Shadow's apartment, shadow opened his eyes slightly and rubbed them to get the matter out of them. He got out of his bed, poured himself some coffee, and sat down on his couch to watch the news. "Thanks Tim and onto the weather" said a reporter , "Today There is 100% chance of Thunder storms in Green-city, knothole, mobotropilis , and westopelis." 'Damnit, ' Thought Shadow ' I hate rain…' Shadow opened his white blinds, and saw unusually dark rain clouds starting to form. Shadow Dialed his old college pal's Number, "Hello, Who's This?" "Hello, Sonic" " Shadow!" Asked the confused blue hedgehog. "Yeah, Wanna Come over Bro?" "Uh… Sure, Be right there!"

After about 20 minutes Shadow heard a knock on his door, He greeted Sonic who was soaked from the storm. "Looks like I wont be going anywhere soon…" said the drenched Hero, " yeah…" Shadow stated. "You still got the X-box 360?" "Uh-Huh" shadow pointed at the console in the corner, "Ok, at least we'll have something to do…" said Sonic. They had played halo for around 7 hours and the storm was getting worse and worse by the second, Sonic had fallen asleep a 30 minutes ago.

Shadow Heard a moan from outside ' Ugh… those retards next door better not be having it again…' shadow thought irritably , he opened his door to file his complaint. He saw a strange figure silhouetted by the shadows " Who's there?" he asked,

All the thing did was grunt and moan, The thing Lunged at him. "WOAH, Dude What the Heck!" Shadow exclaimed. He slammed the door shut, and ran to his closet to grab his shotguns. He grabbed both of them and blew the maniacs head off

Sonic Jumped up at the sound of the gun shot " HOLY SHIT!" Sonic hid under the couch. " it's ok Sonic it was me…" what the hell is that?" sonic pointed at the lifeless body lying on the floor. " I Don't Know…" Shadow said grimly…
