She's been watching him sleep for close to an hour now. Time to wake him up.
She pads back to the bed, moves closer to him. Touches his bare chest lightly with her mouth. Nuzzles his neck, licks the soft skin behind his ear. Bites his earlobe gently. He makes a funny little noise, like a scared mouse. Oh, she feels a lot more playful now. Bites harder. He wakes up smiling, mumbles "Kate". Laughs when he sees her.
"Someone's hungry, huh?" he asks.
The door opens, his girlfriend enters the room and holy mongrel, she does not look pleased.
"Castle! She'll shed hair everywhere. No cats on the bed!"
