Never Forgotten
Once upon a time there was a wealthy family who lived in Astrio. The family was graced with an heir one year. The boy was very much loved by everyone in the house. But no one loved him more than his aged grandfather. The grandfather was a kindly old man who loved to play games with his was a common sight for the mother and father to come home after a long day at work and find their little light playing some kind of game with his adoring grandfather.
One day, the mother and father were taking their petite son to meet a family friend, their son and cousins. But there was a terrible accident on the way to there friends. The carriage horse was spooked and ran out of control. The carriage had gone off the side of the road and tipped over, shattering the oil lantern used to light the road and started an uncontrollable fire.
Sadly, the mother and father were deceased in the fire. The grandfather was stricken by the news and mourned deeply for his lost family. He soon learned that his grandson's body wasn't to be found. This gave him a ray of hope that his sweet grandson had survived the raging fire and lived somehow. The old man searched and searched, but could find no clue to the disappearance of his little game-loving grandchild. He never let this waver him and he continues to search.
But... this is far from over. This story has not ended. Prepare for a tale of friends, survival, heartache, and love. The next chapter is to begin...Now...
