Teal'c's Vision of the Future
Disclaimer: Don't own stargate, or star wars. tear

A/N: no I haven't done anything with the "Just Hold On" series. It's still stuck…I hope I get back to it, but I don't know when. Anyway this is the third and final story for my Vision of the Future series…only this one is from everyone's favorite Jaffa's point of View. Hope you Enjoy it!

It was early in the morning and hardly anyone was in the cheyanne mountain complex, besides the night shift and a few others. Teal'c was one of those others. He was currently sitting on the floor amongst his many candles. Although he did not Kel-No-Reem anymore, he still enjoyed the idea of meditation. However for once, the jaffa was not meditating for the need of it or for fun. He was waiting.

Vala Mal Duran should have come knocking on his door hours ago. Since he had gotten her obsessed with Star Wars, more specifically Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade and their fanfictions, she had come practically running back asking if he had more.

Teal'c loved Star Wars. It was one of his favorite movies, but strangely enough, he loved the fanfiction much more. He had found it purely by accident. Using Sam's computer, he had done a random search for star wars stories, since he had heard from Walter and Syler that there were novels out based on the films. This had intrigued the jaffa, and once he had found the "other" stories, not the novels, he was even more intrigued.

So now, when he was not meditating, exercising, on a mission or with his friends, he could be found in his room, as he was now, reading fanfiction.

A knock at the door pulled him from his thoughts.

"Enter." he called.

The door opened and there stood Daniel.

"DanielJackson," Teal'c smiled. "May I assist you?"

"Actually…umm…" he trailed off.

"Yes you can." Came Vala's voice. Teal'c had surprisingly not noticed her before. "Daniel wants to read some of the fanfiction."

"I do not!" the archeologist protested.

"Yes you do, darling. You just told me so."

"I said I'd come down here and get it with you and when you were done that you could tell me about it. I never said I wanted it for me."

"Fuddy-duddy."

"Vala -" Daniel started to warn her.

"Oh please, Daniel, just get the stories and let's go."

Teal'c stood silently as he watched the scene unfold. He briefly remembered Vala talking to him a few days before about how she thought that she and Daniel were similar to Luke and Mara. Teal'c was beginning to see where she'd gotten that…sort of.

"Daniel just get it and let's go." Vala insisted.

"Ugh, fine." The archeologist huffed. He turned to Teal'c, slightly embarrassed then asked. "Can I have the stories?"

"Certainly DanielJackson." Teal'c turned around grabbing a small stack of paper off his bed then handed them to Daniel.

"Thank you." Daniel said turning to Vala. "Happy now?"

Vala grinned. "Very happy, darling. Now let's go back to your office and read!"

With that Vala skipped off, leaving Daniel to walk behind carrying the papers.

Oh yes, he could already hear the church bells ringing to the SGC's own Luke and Mara.
