A skilled shooter with questionably, unnaturally sharp eyesight and skillset, but not a coil on her? Yep!
Mainly using old guns instead of the more sleek, modern coil run guns, this enigmatic person seems to absolutely disconnect themselves from the current coil centered society.
What is their reason for the abnormality? Well, it could do with their past and the pain they've gone through. Either way, this particular individual might as well be another living fossil, like Kyoma Mabuchi. A string of similarities seems to stretch between the two anyway, and an even deeper connection has yet to be known.
She HATES coils more than anything in the world- a world that solely relies on coils in this time and age. The irony.

Overlook that for a moment. Her sarcastic attitude sure is hard to disregard. Every other sentences seems to mock something or someone in some way. That doesn't even go into her sense of humour.

Some who've had the luck worked with have only heard her gruff voice.
That's not any sort of identification on her. Her face is unknown. There are zero records of her. Not a hint of anything personal can be found on her. Ricky is just the name people surrounding coil business know her as, so one can only ponder what this man (woman's) name really is. Most should only fear being the object of her interest. It usually involves in beat up men with illegal coils going missing from their possession.
Location? Unknown.
Ricky, the collector who is completely off the map, but someone who is also a player when it comes to running the lesser, known, parts of the map. Any information or knowledge she wants to know, or even anything materialistic that's desired, isn't far from her grasp, if she wanted to obtain it. If she wants to get in contact with you, then she will. If you want to get in contact with her somehow, then tough luck. This person might as well be a freaking phantom.
So, just how is Kyoma supposed to contact her, let alone find her? It isn't like he's any better considering his own hate for coils and coil technology. That doesn't even take in account how they're going to get this enigmatic person to help them. When and if they do, just how will things turn out? The world is full of oh so many possibilities.
