I couldn't believe it!
"Edward?" I asked cautiously. He just laughed. "Umm…"
I stood there watching uncertainly. The rest of the Cullens were laughing hard as they watched my fiancée acting strangely.
I hadn't known what was going on when Alice called and told me I had to come over immediately. I thought something was wrong. Apparently, the only thing wrong was Edward's behavior.
"Hey, baby," Edward called.
I just stared at him I shock. He never talked like that. In a second, he was in front of me. He grabbed me and kissed me passionately. This was starting to scare me. My heart hammered relentlessly when he started unzipping my jacket. I decided that I should be in charge of responsibility or he wouldn't forgive me when-if-he came to his senses.
I started pushing against him as hard as I could. Emmett saw what I was trying to do and came over to help. He gently pried Edward off of me. Edward turned around to growl at Emmett, but Jasper calmed him down.
Throughout all of this, Alice was laughing. I glared at her.
"Edward? What are you doing?" I gasped when I saw him pulling off my jacket and pulling my shirt up, giggling like crazy. I turned bright red, because he was stripping me in front of his family.
Esme came over and grabbed his hands. At once, the rest of the family came to us and held him down. Alice, still laughing, brought me a cup full of animal blood. I knew it was blood because I could smell it, and Edward, who was thirsty, was immediately interested in it.
"Pour it in his mouth," Alice giggled. I did as instructed and saw a change in him at once. He blinked a few times, and then got up when his family let him go. He kind of looked around blankly and then looked at me. He looked like he just remembered what he had done.
"I'm so sorry, Bella!" he exclaimed. Then he turned to glare at Alice. "You shouldn't have brought her over for that! She could have been hurt!"
Alice didn't look like she felt guilty. "We had it under control. She was never in any danger."
"Edward, what happened? Why were you acting like that?" I demanded.
He sighed, "Alice likes to get me high every now and then. I put up with it because everyone enjoys it. I do too, but I never knew she would have you witness it. I'm sorry you had to see me like that." He looked ashamed.
"Oh Edward! I forgive you. It was a little scary, though. Trying to strip me in front of your family," he grimaced at that, "was the scariest part. Other than that, I guess it was kind of funny."
He said, "When I get like that, I just do what I want. When an idea pops into my head, I do it." I laughed at that. He laughed too.
"Okay Bella, let's get you home. We don't want to make Charlie mad." I nodded and let him drive me home.
