Part the First
They were in the desert.
It was a testing area for a new kind of bomb…One of the most powerfully destructive weapon in the world.
In charge of the project…One Dr. Bruce Banner.
He was currently watching the area where the bomb was set to be detonated.
And then he saw a kid on the testing range.
Running, he managed to get the kid out of the way of the blast.
But he got caught in it.
The pain as his body mutated was indescribable.
Ever since, when he gets angry…destruction follows.

A gang of thugs had backed Bruce into an alley.
"Got anything good, geek? So we don't have to cut ya?"
"Please don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." he said quietly.
Raucous laughter followed this statement.
"Shuddap, geek."
He had tried to warn them.
They hadn't listened.
On their heads are the consequences.
His body began to shift and grow smaller as his anger rose.
His hair grew longer, and became a reddish color.
He hunched over, obscuring his body.
The she straightened up, her body wreathed in flames.
The Enemy of All Who Live, Lina Inverse, walked again.
"Darkness beyond Twilight,
Crimson Beyond Blood that Flows,
Buried in the Flow of Time,
That's where your Power Grows.
I Pledge Myself to Conquer,
All those Who Stand,
In the Way of this Mighty Power,
Granted to My Unworthy Hands.
Let all who stand before us,
Be DESTROYED!

DRAGON SLAVE!"
Later, after Bruce escaped from the smoking crater, he silently cursed the day he got caught in the blast of the Dragon Slave bomb.
Part the Second
They were in trouble.
Lina, Gourry, Zelgadis, and Amelia were facing a Mazoku.
Gourry had been knocked out, so the Sword of Light couldn't be used.
Everything Zelgadis and Amelia tried had no effect.
It was time for Lina to use her most devastating spell.
She quickly built up to the casting, saying the chant as fast as she could.
Then she spoke the name of the spell.
"GAMMA SLAVE!"
Her skin grew green, and her entire body grew larger.
She bellowed out her battle cry.
"GRAH!! LINA SMASH!"
