Ursula smiled sadistically as the pen floated in front of Ariel. She reached out as if in a trance to take the stylus, the sea witch leaned in with anticipation, then abruptly Ariel stopped and pulled back.
"Problem sweet cheeks?" Ursula asked while trying to retain an air of nonchalance.
Ariel snatched the contract in front of her and swiftly rolled it up.
"Oh no, it sounds great, but I'm just going to have Nereides look over this."
"Nereides?" The witch inquired, not liking that she was loosing control of the situation.
"My families attorney, he's on retainer."
Ariel paused when she saw the look of shock on Ursula's face.
"I'm a member of the royal family, you don't really expect me to just sign a contract without understanding the fine print? I'm young, not stupid." Disney: The Little Mermaid
