The first time I walked into the bullpen, I really didn't know what I was getting into. When I first met Charlie, Professor Eppes, I could barely contain my shock. The shock that had nothing to do with a mathematician solving crime. That day I walked into the conference room and met Charlie, was not the first time I had seen him. The first time had been years before in a conference room in an underground hideout for a CIA black ops unit. Not that Charlie had known I was there as he scribbled equations over numerous whiteboards. I stood in the shadows with two others, behind our bosses, listening to the professor as he explained where we would likely find our next target. I target that with Charlie's math we took out 3 days later.
