Naruto was struggling to walk back to the gate's of Konoha holding onto Sasuke, both of them were injured internally. ' Almost there ' Naruto tiredly thought but soon a new thought crossed his mind and he smiled. ' I kept my promise Sakura-chan! I brought Sasuke back! .'

He was slowly nearing Konoha in fact he could see the gates and the praise he would get from all of Konoha. " N-n-naruto w-why d-did y-you b-bring me b-b-back h-here " Sasuke said with a weak tone

" I was keeping my promise to Sakura and to Konoha " Naruto smirked weakly. Sasuke saw the gates right infront of him. " Halt state your name and... Naruto Uzumaki your back! " The chunin said and rush to help the wounded blond."We were worried about you, the rest of the team have already returned and are making a full recovery"

"Thats...good...to..hea.." but before he could finish his injuries finally reach the limits of his bodily endurance, prompting him to ultimately fall down on the ground with a thump, completely unconscious.

"QUICK, GET THE MEDICK!"the guard annouced.

Few days had past singe sasuke retrieval mission and everything was back to normal, Shikamaru and choji had gone back to their daily routines like nothing had happend, Kiba and neji were still recovering but it shouldn't take long for them to leave the hospital.

Naruto had been the first to get out the hospital thanks to his quick recovery, he was happy that everyone was alright but he was worried about what was going to happend to sasuke?. He hadent heard anything about him since he brought him back. But he was going get his answer soon as the councile had call him for his report on the mission.

Naruto took a deep breath and entered the council room, he was thinking about why they summoned him, most likely for injuring Sasuke, the village definitely couldn't stand by and let their precious Uchiha get hurt.

"I was summoned here?" Naruto formally said as he walk inside

"Thats correct, Please take a seat Naruto" Tsunade said and naruto took a seat in middle of room as Tsunade stood up from her chair and cleard his throat.

"Now! Can someone tell me what we're here to discuss!" Tsunadae Demanded

"As you wish Tsunadae." Danzo stood up, "We're here to discuss the second retrieval mission's report. As I read, the mission was successful, but Naruto Uzumaki had done what IS considered treason." Danzo Explained, "First, Naruto Uzumaki lost control of the Kyuubi for the third time. Second, Naruto Uzumaki almost killed Sasuke Uchiha" Danzo sat down

"WHAT!" Exclaimed Naruto , "I know I lost control of the Kyuubi the third time but It won't happen again I promise! And Teme was the one who left the village, he was too strong for me and the others to handle so I had to Injure him!" Naruto Explained, trying to convince the council only for his words to fall on deaf ears

"Naruto Uzumaki does make a point Danzo. He's now getting use to the Kyuubi, that he's almost controlling It, plus Sasuke Uchiha ran from Konoha, which means he's no longer a Konoha nin." Tsunadae Explained

"Either you don't accept this or not Tsunade, Sasuke Uchiha was under the Influence of the curse seal" Koharu Objected

"And tell me Koharu? How do you know that the curse seal was to be blamed?" Tsunade Asked, With a stern voice

"Because I'm the one who told him that." Replied a voice coming out of the doors

"SASUKE!" Naruto Exclaimed

"WHAT IS HE DOING HERE?! ANBU ARREST HIM!" Tsunade Ordered, the ANBU didn't do anything, which made Sasuke smirk even more

"Now, Now, That Is no way to treat a noble, Isn't that right Hokage-Sama?" Sasuke Asked Sarcastically

"What Is the meaning of this!" Tsunade Growled In rage

"The meaning of this Tsunade. Is for my actions to be explained by the elders. You see, I've told Danzo-Sama the whole thing. I ran away at first so I could get close to Orochimaru . Overall It was a secret mission that only the elders should know. If I told you your stubbornness would've gotten In the way and ruin the whole mission." Sasuke lied, "After I had the training from Orochimaru I was gonna assasinate him and return to the village." Sasuke Added, "BUT THAT DEMON CAME AND RUINED EVERYTHING!" Sasuke Shouted

"WHAT!" Naruto Exclaimed, as he couldn't believe what he was hearing

"That's right! I told that monster that I was trying to infeltrate to the sound village, but he didn't listen! Ever since we were kids he wanted attention and recognition! He couldn't control the Kyuubi's Chakra and he then tried to kill me out of Jealously! All I wanted to do was to serve my village and make this village once again a proud and powerful village like before!" Sasuke Cried, but he secretly smirked as the elders were buying his story

"WAIT THAT'S NOT TRUE! HONEST I NEVER KNEW!" Naruto Shouted In defence, but It didn't seem to work

"SHUT UP DEMON! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK RIGHT NOW!" Danzo Roared, "Seeing how Naruto Uzumaki Injured the last loyal Uchiha and almost released the Kyuubi, we have no choice but to execute him for being a liability and a dangerous to his friends and the village" Danzo Explained, as he received a nods from Koharu and Homaru.

"But if you kill him. There is a chance that the kyybi will come back and kill us all" Tsunade pointed out

"True, That is why we are going to extract the kyybi from him and transfer it to a new container that we have chosen. Until the preperation for the sealing is done. Naruto uzumaki will spend that time in a jail" Homaru explaind and snap her fingers. Out of nowhere two anbu soldier appert behind naruto and chained him before he could react.

"Take him away" Danzo command and the anbu vanish along with naruto.

"Dammit...I have to figure out something"Tsunade cursed in her mind"And where is that pervert?"
