Hiccup reacts to being paired with randoms instead of the person he actually loves. Will do an Astrid version of this next.
Hiccup was scrolling through FFN and had to resist rolling his eyes ever so often.
He noticed that most of the stories on sight were about his and Astrid's love for one another. He could live with those even if they were slightly intrusive, especially in the M-rated section.
What he took offense to however was being paired with people that were not his beloved.
People like Heather for instance.
Hiccup had never been romantically interested in Heather and it was highly annoying that someone would suggest he was. Did they also seriously think he would choose a B copy of Astrid over the real Astrid? Never ever.
Astrid was the girl of his dreams, not Heather. Heather could never touch Astrid's place in his heart. Besides, Heather was not even his type. Hiccup preferred fiesty flaxen haired beauties. He always had.
Next he saw a story where he was paired up with Trader Johann.
Hiccup felt the urge to gag. Why would anyone think to pair him with that man? Why would anyone think to pair him up with any man?
Last time Hiccup checked he wasn't gay or into old, funny-looking men like Johann.
Hiccup visibly shuddered before moving on to the next story.
In this story he was paired up with an OC. By OC it meant the author themselves or the author's made up fantasy girl.
Hiccup sat there shaking his head and trying to hold back laughter.
If you are butthurt over this then you are being overly sensitive. The real Hiccup, the character, would have been creeped out by more than half of the stories on here, especially the ones that disrespect him and his future wife.
