Dean scratched at his stitches. Whimpered. "Stop picking at it," Sam snapped
"S'mmy," Dean said through the haze of pain killers, "You sure…?"
Sam set down the first aid kit. "Dean, I know what I'm doing. I've done this before."
Dean relaxed slightly. Still…something felt different…
Sam looked away from Dean's questioning glare. With any luck, Dean would never find the small GPS chip tucked beneath skin.
