It was that kind of night again. It was one of those nights where bright bolts of lightening lit up the dark clouds. It was one of those nights where not even closing the window took out the sound of thunder crashing down on the Earth. It was one of those nights again where little Domyouji Tsukasa had to hide under his satin bed sheets just so that he won't see the night sky.

All of the maids and servants were tucked away. Little Domyouji always found himself hiding under the bed sheets on night like these. Why was he so afraid of these nights?

Almost fifthteen years later, Domyouji found himself in the same place. The weather caused a delay in his flight plans and he immediately had to stay in the closest (four star) hotel.

There was a knock on the door. "Domyouji sama!!" a voice rang.

Thunder cracked in the night sky. Domyouji was curled up in the closet. If anyone saw him in this condition, he's bound to be humiliated. And probably kill someone.

"Don't come-" Domyouji's sentence was cut off when he heard the door open.

"Domyouji sama, I have the extra towels you ordered!!"

Domyouji stayed quiet. The maid won't see him if she doesn't hear him.

The closet door opened. Domyouji silently cursed under his breath. The maid was actually a boy, probably in his high school years. He was wearing the work uniform and was holding the extra towels. Domyouji was only able to see glimpses of his face whenever the lightening flashed through the window.

With a smiling face, the boy sat down by Domyouji in the closet. "I always have to go through nights like these with my little brothers and sisters."

The boy put one of the extra towels over their heads. Domyouji knitted his eyebrows in confusion. "What are you doing?"

"In this hotel, we like our guests to be as happy as we can make them." The boy held Domyouji's hand, still smiling. "Ganbare, Domyouji sama."

His smile… It was warm enough to clear the weather. It was bright enough to make a rainbow. It was enough to warm Domyouji's heart.

And that's exactly what it did.
