This is really just a little dabble on how little girls can protect themselves from nightmares. If you guys like it, I could have similar things happen to the guardians, but that's all up to you guys. Anyway, enough of my blubbering, enjoy the story.

The nightmare king slipped into the room undetected. He saw two sleeping forms of two little girls, though the room was difficult to see in. He smirked. This was too easy. He quietly took a step forward and then another, not so quiet step. The girls stirred a bit but remained asleep. Pitch smiled at the thought that maybe the girls believed in him. One girl sat up and looked in his direction. Seeing nothing, she lay back down and fell back to sleep. They could only sense another presence in the room. Pitch's face fell as the child resumed her peaceful slumber. He crept closer to the girls, nightmare sand swirling in his palm. He slowly crept up to the girls and was about to give them nightmares, when he stopped. He took a good look at the two girls' faces. All over the faces, was makeup, though it looked like a face that belonged to zombie clowns whose faces were on fire and someone tried to put it out with a fork. Pitch stared at the monstrosities that was a poor excuse for the two girls faces. The girls eyes opened up and one turned on the light. Now that Pitch could see the girls makeup covered faces in clear view, he let out a scream. (Which sounded quite girly) He fled the room as fast as he could and returned to his lair. All his nightmares stared at him in confusion as the boogeyman sat in a dark corner, hugging his knees and rocking back and forth, muttering something about little demonic girls. Needless to say, those two girls managed to give the nightmare king nightmares.
