A/N: hey, this is my first story ever just know, I'm a "harry potter" enthusiast. Sorry if it's a bunch of fluff. Oh, and the story takes place in the day of Snape's worst memory.
Just get a life
The sunlight streaming through the curtains of my four-poster bed woke me up. I looked to my bedside table and saw that it was 7.00 in the morning. I got up and was on my way to the bathroom of our dorm when I slipped on a shirt, assuming it was Mary's, my best friend.
"Woah!" and a thud were heard in our dorm as my back hit the ground.
I heard Mary, Roni, Alice and Rach stir and wake.
"Lily, what are you doing?" asked Mary
"Urggh, I was having such a good dream…" Rach was complaining. While Roni and Alice just got up and started fixing their hair.
"I slipped on some one's shirt" I said pointedly glaring at Mary, as she blushed, and murmured, "sorry" while helping me up.
"It's alright, sorry, guys, for waking you up."
"Nah, its ok, Lily, it's nearly breakfast anyway" Alice said, cheerfully. All of us looked at her suspiciously. She was only happy for one reason… Frank Longbottom. We all groaned when she blushed confirming all of our assumption.
"Alice, we all know you and Frank are meant to be, but I didn't eat much last night, so don't go ruining my appetite." Roni joked and raised her eyebrows. We all laughed and got ready for today.
When we got to the hall, not much people were there yet, but it was normal since we get up early for breakfast. We sat in our seats- Mary on my left, Alice on my right, and Roni and Rach sat in front of us. We ate cheerfully, predicting today's agenda until Alice saw Frank and motioned him to sit with us.
"Good morning, ladies." Frank greeted us and then kissed Alice.
"Urggh, morning Frank." Roni said, looking disgusted at the couple. Alice saw Roni's face and grabbed Frank's hand and pulled him out the hall. Roni looked pleased and went back to eating.
"So, did you hear what happened to Jackson Gale and Felicity Joson last night?" Rach asked.
"What?" Mary asked indifferently.
"McGonagall caught them snogging in a broom closet," a voice said from my right. All eyes turned to him, Potter. Black was seated next to Roni, and Pettigrew. Remus sat next to Mary, and instantly started a conversation with him.
"What do you want?" Roni snapped at the boys, and shrugged Black's arm off her shoulders.
"A date. How about it" Black said suggestively.
"How about 'no'" Roni replied causing me and Rach to chuckle.
"Ah, true love," Potter said to no one in particular, though we all heard him. He turned to me and, knowing what was going to come out of his mouth, braced myself. "So, Lilly pad, want to go out with me?"
"Sure, James," I replied in a fake sweet voice. Everyone around looked at me. My friends had a smirk on their faces, knowing what was going to happen. "I'd love to go out with you!" I continued my façade by squealing that part. Now everyone in the hall turned to us.
"Really," Potter asked, confused.
"Yeah, let me talk to Jess, first"
"Huh? Jess, who"
"Jess 'get a life'"
