Do you not know how far I go?
Nor the depths of my feelings for you?
Do you not know the schemes I'll do?
Nor the length I go to keep you?

Do you not know the longing you incite?
The hunger, craving, and passion that excite?
Do you not know the fervour you started?
That churns my blood where my ardour kindled?

No! No, you cannot possibly know!
How could you when I hide my feelings from you?
How could you know what I denied from the start?
The emotions I concealed within my heart?

All I ever wanted is to be by your side -
Hold me; do not send me from your sight!
Being apart from you I cannot abide -
You are my guiding light in the shadows' blight!

Fate has given me another chance-
A time and place I don't intend to decline.
Destiny called and I'm willing to dance -
To the music played if my love so inclined.
Thanks fo GosieKin for writing a brilliant story "Crossroad 2" and in turn to Rosa Carmona for starting the Crossroad story. This story just grab me by the throat and wont let go until I composed this poem. All that emotions swirling inside my heart wanted to be let out and this is how I expressed them.
