Does anyone really know anyone anymore? When people say "I love you" are those just words? Do they have any meaning at all? Why do people hurt the ones they claim to "love" the most? What is love? Is it a feeling, a thing, some made up myth that you are supposed to believe? Can u really feel love, touch love or see love? Or are you just told that is what it is? It's like believing in magic or fairytales but isn't that just made up kid stuff? So is it true? How do you know? Our entire life we are made to believe that we are supposed to go to school, get an education, fall in love, get married, have kids... Live happily ever after... But what if that doesn't happen does it mean we did something wrong, is there something wrong with us? Or is their something wrong with the world who makes us believe that that is the way life is supposed to go? With all the movies and love songs... What is that telling us... That if our life doesn't turn out like some fairytale or great love story... That we have failed, we should just give up or give in? If the people that we love the most forget to love us back ... Is that our fault? Why do we try to live up to other peoples expectations of what is right , why not just try to be happy. But we become complacent with these ideas of what should be because we are scared of what could be! It is the unknown, uncharted waters, a challenge. A challenge that we are too scared to face.
