"God Pete, do you have to flirt with every cute woman we come into contact with?" Myka asked, storming back towards their car. Ever since he had gotten past breaking up with Kelly woman were like an addiction to him.

"It's not like we didn't get the artifact," he quipped, pointing towards the object in Myka's arms.

"That's not the point," Myka huffed, climbing inside and waiting for Pete to start the car.

He threw the car into gear and headed back towards the warehouse. "Then, tell me Myka, what is the point?" His tone was knowing and a little bit hard.

Myka rolled her eyes and stared out the windows. "I just don't think it's very professional."

"Oh, okay it's not professional. 'Cause god forbid anything interfere with work. We all know how work and relationships don't work well together. Speaking of," he paused, letting the sting of his words hit, "I may flirt with women at work and I may not always take work 100% seriously, Myka, but never have my prospects turned out to be evil scheming bitches that wanted to end the world."
