HI everyone! Okay, so new story. This is a poem I have been wanting to write for a while, but I just couldn't find the right words. Like I've said before, I'm not great at poetry, but I'm happy with how it turned out. It describes (or tries to ) Kuwabara's plight throughout the series in Yu Yu Hakusho. I find him to be such an admirable character. He's not everyone's favorite, but you can't argue, he's the most moral, and has the most gentle heart. I love how he develops into a stronger character, but he never losing that kindness. And I love how much he loves Yusuke. I cry every time I see the pilot. Hope you enjoy, please read and review!

Kuwabara's Heart

Hidden behind his boyish smile

Something much stronger shines

He treasures the fight, Not the win

Repeating, "Winnings never been the reason I fight him"

A boy, desperately trying to be a man

Going through life by a code

Not everyone understands

His power lies within his resolve

Letting go of the past, never wavering in plight

Even when the direst of situations

Promise to cost more than just the fight

He found more than a friend in Yusuke

A bond stronger than blood

They share the fighter's fight

Both a trial, and a game,

To see who's the best, and who needs more training.

No matter who wins, they always remember

It's hard to lose a brother.
