Kiaya Tenshi was an ordinary girl who had big dreams and wishes that would never come true. She believed in herself everyday but nothing made her wishes appear before her. Kiaya petted her pet fox Yuri and sang her a lullaby, not knowing that will trigger something deep within her.
(The next morning)
Waking up slowly and groggy she felt something warm beside her. Curious and not amused, she thought it was her pet Yuri, but as she uncovered herself from her blanket it revealed two chara eggs. A curious smile played on her lips as she felt one of the eggs on her cheek. It's warm Kiaya thought, hugging it to her chest. Yuri, snuggled up onto her owner and looked at the egg in curiosity. "No Yuri. It's not a toy." Kiaiya said, scolding her adorable pet fox. Looking at the time, Kiaya ran toward her closet in panic and dressed in the school uniform. Grabbing her two chara eggs, Kiaya ran downstairs and to the door only for her pet to stop her from going.
"Yuri, I have to go! Whined Kiaya but Yuri wouldn't budge as she had the calendar in her mouth, Kiaya looked at it and groaned. She wasn't late for school, It was Saturday! Trudging up the steps, she took off her uniform and still had on, underneath was a black tanktop and shorts. Sighing, she grabbed the silver egg that had little wolf heads on it. Examining it, she heard a crack and a pop, startling Kiaya as she fell off the bed.
Hi, I'm your chara Akima! Smiled the tiny purple haired wolf girl.
Chara? Kiaya says, looking at Akima in a confused manner.
Yes! I'm a shugo chara, your true self, Kiaya-chan~ Shouted Akima, giggling at Kiaya.
Okay, but I- Before she could finish Akima sensed an x chara and started panicing into a frenzy.
We gotta go! Follow me! Yelled Akima, making Kiaya follow her senses and follow the tiny chara.
Blocks away, was other chara holders and they were fighting a huge x chara of darkness.
