These are a bunch of Bleach drabbles centered around what the characters do in between major battles. Think of them as the not drawn omakes haha. I'll be updating these sporadically. All of these are mostly gen, no particular pairings unless stated first in the notes.
Notes: In case you didn't know, Japanese clean themselves using a bucket of water and usually a sponge or loofa of some sort, then would soak in a hot bathtub.
The first time Kurosaki Ichigo regrets being a substitute shinigami was when Rukia's cell phone went off and she busted into his room.
His bathroom.
While he was bathing.
Naked.
"Ichigo there's a hollow on the loose!" Rukia slams open the door holding the tracker in one hand and his shinigami badge in the other.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" Ichigo scrambles to cover himself in his sitting position but his legs flailed about and slipped on the wet ceramic tile causing his face to hit the edge of the bath tub and resulted in him having him to lay on his side grasping his chin in pain, nudity forgotten.
"Didn't you just hear me? There's a hollow out there!" Rukia closes the door behind her, brow furrowed at his incapableness to comprehend the situation at hand.
"I heard you jackass, why can't you knock first or something! I'm taking a bath here!" Ichigo tries move his body so that Rukia wouldn't notice the blush spreading from his face and down his back.
"There's no time Ichigo, we have to hurry!" Unfazed, Rukia rushes towards the naked blushing teenage boy lying on the floor.
"No don't come close to me- at least let me get dressed firs- RUKIA!" She slapped the badge right on his butt and out popped a hakama clad Ichigo.
"Let's go, Ichigo!" Rukia grabbed his arm and shoved him out the window.
"Wait, what if someone finds me there! You didn't put Kon in- Wait Rukia!"
30 minutes later
"Hey are you done with your bath? It's my turn." Karin knocks furiously and opens the door. "Hey Ichigo-"
She promptly closes the door shut.
There were many things in life that Karin wishes she didn't see, things like ghosts, her father kissing the giant poster of their mom while eating breakfast, and Ichigo nude on the bathroom floor with his butt up in the air unconscious. She never thought that would be on her list of "Cannot Unsee Forever" but life loves to throw little surprises at her.
Even when a madly blushing Ichigo tried to explain to her that somehow the water was so hot that it knocked him unconscious, it still didn't lessen the image of her brother's naked as day butt in the air.
Ichigo couldn't face Karin for a week.
