Different But Amazing
Life is very different
Spring has sprung anew
They no longer live in fear
I sit here watching
As he plays quidditch
As she still cannot put down a good book
As he trumps his friends in chess
They live in peace and as do I

As gray eyes gaze down at me
The eyes of an enemy turned friend
In this new life we are all forgiven
A gentle hand rests on my shoulder
Soft footsteps glide up beside me
Ever messy hair obstructs my view
They are watching too
Now I am pulled away
A game of tag in the soft green grass
A maybe a few pranks on a new friend
And a nap in the bright sunshine
I, Severus Snape, have become a marauder
