After what happened in 2015, new creatures and others have appeared; Zilla appears in Manhattan, Rodan in Mount. Fuji, Baragon in Hong Kong, Arstron in North Korea, Natsunomeryu in Brasil, Black King in Canada, Titanosaurus in New Yersey, and Oodako in the Galapagos Island.
Meanwhile in Antarctica, Godzilla and Anguirus awaken by a strange noise; It was Manda! Godzilla and Anguirus break the ice where they were sleeping, and meet the aquatic snake. Anguirus tries to attack him, but Godzilla intervenes, and explains that he helped him fight. Anguirus regrets what he does, but that does not matter anymore. Manda tells Godzilla, that after 2 years of absence, many creatures have appeared. Godzilla and Manda and Anguirus prepare for a new wave of battles, and begin their direct journey to China.
Baragon was destroying Hong Kong, until they appear. Baragon growls before them, but Godzilla grunts as well, showing a fight. Baragon scarves; Godzilla and the others do not see it, BOOM! Baragon jumps from the earth and bites the arm of the king of monsters. Manda tries to use the constriction against the subterranean creature, Anguirus will grab Baragon by the tail, and throw him, destroying a building. The underground monster escapes from the earth. Godzilla, Manda and Anguirus continue to Korea. Godzilla and Anguirus go by land, and Manda goes by Water. Arstron was swimming through the oceans, and see how Manda gets there. Manda submerges and grabs the monster with a horn into the depths, and lashes it with its long body. Arstron grabs Manda, and hits him with the seabed, leaving him unconscious. Arstron went to the pass of Godzilla and Anguirus, and leaves the water dragon on the seabed.
On the coast of Korea, Godzilla and Anguirus meet with the news that Arstron is not there. Arstron appears behind Godzilla, and buries his huge cranial horn on Godzilla's back. Godzilla grabs Arstron by the horn, and throws it towards the ocean. Arstron releases his Magma Breath, and Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath, and the two provoke a clash of powers, and make an explosion. Anguirus rushes against Arstron, who dodges it, but receives Godzilla's Atomic Breath from behind, leaving almost unconscious. Godzilla knocks Arstron to the ground, and leaves it there. Godzilla and Anguirus swim to another place, but they find Manda, who was waking up, and in the end he recovers, and they go together to the Mount. Fuji, where Rodan is.
Rodan was there flying through the air, until Godzilla grabbed him by the leg. At the beginning, it seemed that Godzilla would destroy the Peterosaur, but simply greets him; it turns out that Rodan, Anguirus and Godzilla were very old friends, and now, they were all reunited (Manda does not understand). Godzilla asks Rodan to help him defeat the other kaijus, and Rodan, seeing his friend after 9 years, says yes. Everyone now goes to Canada, where landscapes were being destroyed by Black King.
But they did not suspect another threat coming to earth, they were three space monsters: Gigan, SpaceGodzilla, and King Ghidorah.
