The Ultimatum…
(HERMIONE POV)
It all started with an ultimatum presented by McGonall to me and him. This slowly led to a relationship deeper and stronger yet very tender. This ultimatum was the key to the start of a new bond, such a bond which would change the future of the magical world along with our future.
My time with him previously was very short and painful. In fact, both of us have afflicted pain upon each other knowingly or unknowingly. But just like how frail seedlings gain their balance in time, our relation too became more cordial. First the names changed , then pleasure of the other individual's friends and finally the feelings towards each other…
As I glanced to the Caribbean Sea, Alicia came running to me .She held my hand to stop herself and swung against it, panting hard. Her grey eyes met mine and she made a face. The "I-really-want-to-ask- you-something-Face" her father called her mature manner and in her sweet voice my 7 year old daughter asked, "Mom, do you know where dad and Joey are?". "Well as far as I know Al your dad and Joey have gone to play quidditch". "Wow! Of all the sports in the world they are stuck with quidditch! "When will they grow up?". "Dad!" She yelled towards to spots in the sky. Though she was a witch she thought that such games should be restricted when played without medical care.
"Welcome back" I looked at my husband. He had the same grey had the same grey eyes as Al's and Joey had inherited the same smirk as he had. He looked at me with love and lifted me up to his height. "No", I said in a hushed voice "The kids will see us". "Well I just left the kids at Harry's and now they will be having a blast with Albert, James and Lilly. So we have nothing to worry about." He gave his best smirk ever. Well that was Draco considering that he would be incomplete without his infamous smirk and the good reputation he had for his commendable job at the Ministry of Magic. "So Mrs. Hermione Draco Malfoy" he said brushing his lips next to my ear." What did you say a few minutes back?". Yes you heard right. I, Hermione Granger, got married to Draco Malfoy on the eve of Valentine's Day. Though our relation was not a cakewalk it ended up quite well...
