Persephone
By

He waits upon her return
His Persephone
For
as the curse separates them in between
The harsh winter and the
warm spring
Both pale in comparison to each other
One who
escapes to Heaven's lore
The other shunned from the mercurial
depths of fantasy
Illusions would rule over the pit of
nothingness
As dear Persephone trembles in the abyss Hades let her
fall into
Sanity failing her through the cold autumn and frigid
winter
Before long, Persephone would return to the warm sun
And
dance through the flowers long awaited by her
Soon that very
illusion would fall through before she saw
Anything of
reality
Then she would crawl back to the darkness that is him
He
waits for her return, yet she waits for her own release
