Here's a quick oneshot I just had to write. Has anyone ever wondered what would happen if you gave Jin a cookie? Well...this is my take on it.
If you give Jin a cookie, he'll want a soda to wash it down. If you give him soda, he'll be hyper.
You may be tempted to get out the Ritalin at this point, but that will only make him afraid. He'll dodge all attempts to cram the little tablets down his throat, and then you'll be stuck with a scared and hyper Jin.
If he's hyper, he'll decide to go flying…indoors. If he goes flying, he'll inevitably crash into Shishi, who is soundly cussing you out for being stupid enough to give Jin a cookie in the first place. If he crashes into Shishi, the samurai will try to strangle him.
You may want to help Jin escape or help Shishi choke him, but that will only result in the one you're not helping bodily harming you.
If Shishi tries to strangle him, Touya will break up the fight. If the ice demon breaks up the fight, then Shishi will be mad at him. If the birdlike youkai is mad at Touya, he'll get Suzuka to help him plot revenge.
This may sound a bit extreme to you, but rest assured that it's normal for them.
If he gets Suzuka's help in plotting revenge, then he'll rig Touya's door so that something falls on whoever opens it.
You might want to help Touya out by fixing it, but then some backup trap of Suzuka's will get you. Trust me.
If Suzuka rigs Touya's door, then Rinku will get hit while trying to steal Touya's boxers (can you say bonfire night?). If Rinku gets hit, then he'll be mad at Suzuka. If the childlike demon is mad at Suzuka, then he'll shave the ex-clown's head in his sleep. If Rinku shaves Suzuka, then the inventor will blame it all on Shishi. If Suzuka blames Shishi, then the samurai will go skulk for a week. If Shishi skulks, then Touya will get stuck with his chores.
You may be tempted to help Touya by doing work of your own. Forget that. What has work ever done for anyone?
If Touya is stuck with Shishi's chores, he'll lecture Shishi on responsibility. If the short ninja lectures Shishi, Shishi will do nothing just to spite him. If Shishi does nothing, then no one will be watching Rinku. If no one watches Rinku, he'll trash the place. If Rinku trashes the place, then Touya will have to stop supervising Jin to clean it up. And if Jin is left unattended, chances are he'll get into the cookies.
