Kira's rambles:

I am sorry to say that I've lost every and all interest in 'Darkness of the Heart' if anybody wishes to adopt it they are welcome to do so…

But for now all I have is this little one-shot that I wrote today in my biology class

WARNINGS: this is DMHP, in other words boy on boy, male love , yaoi etc… Oh and a total disregard for the last two books, in other words: AU!

And now onto the story

She looked into his eyes. Those wonderful, deep, ever colour shifting eyes that shifted with her beloved's emotions. When he was happy his eyes shone mercury. She had seen him happy more times than anybody else, except one. The other had stolen him from her. Stolen that little heat-warming smile and those warm mercury eyes

-- -- --

When he was doing business his eyes turned into steel, a hard and unfeeling steel, a steel that could turn anything into his favour with one look. A steel that could hold one bound. Those steel eyes had never been turned on her before the other one stole him.

-- -- --

When he was inflamed with lust and love his eyes turned into to pools of warm, liquid silver. A silver that could make any saint go mad with lust, and she was no saint. She had always hoped that he would turn those eyes on her, but he never had. He always turned those eyed on the thief, the one who had stolen his heart from her

-- -- --

When he was tired or depressed, his eyes dulled to gray. The same grey as a cloudy autumn sky. She had seen the way his eyes dulled to that despised grey when the other had refused him, the first time he asked the thief to be his. But then he pulled himself together and by valentine his eyes shone mercury again when the other accepted his heart.

-- -- --

When he was angry his eyes turned into a storm. Never had he turned those eyes on her, not before now. Not before she had tried to get him away from the thief. She had kissed him in front of the other, had seen the eyes of the despised thief well with tears, in hope that he would be awoken from the magic that the other had him under so that he would be hers again.

Pansy Parkinson sat at the end of the Slytherin table at dinner watching the doors to the Great Hall with a rapidly growing interest. Suddenly Draco Malfoy entered the great hall. The sight broke her heart, for his arm was wrapped around d the waist of the thief that had stolen his heart. The heart that Pansy felt rightfully belonged to her. Draco glared at the girl and pulled his precious beloved closer to his body. His lion had the greenest eyes in the world and the sweetest smile in the universe. He had never regretted letting his heat be stole. After all; how can you steal that which is freely given?

That was my little one-shot. Reviews will be appreciated, constructive criticism will read, pondered over and then put to use, and flames will be used to roast my teachers and very preppy classmates!

Cheers maties
